Prof. Dr. Hind Abd Allah – Director of the Central Laboratory for the Analysis of Pesticide Residues and Heavy Elements in Food, concluded the training program, which lasted for two days, during which they were trained on the standard specifications governing food safety, methods of taking food samples, applicable laboratory analyzes, and technical rules for assessing conformity with food consignments
Prof. Dr. Hind Abd Allah, the director of the laboratory, stressed the role of the laboratory in the food safety system, the analysis of samples in various laboratories, the use of the latest devices in the analysis of samples, and the achievement of the best results.
