Department Mission

The Physical Inspection Department is responsible for supervising the reception and analysis of frozen food and grain samples using advanced visual and sensory inspection techniques. The department aims to:

  • Evaluate the compliance of food products with local and international standards.
  • Ensure the safety and quality of food.
  • Detect sensory and physical defects early to protect consumer health.
  • Provide accurate technical reports that enhance food monitoring efforts and build market trust in both local and imported products.
